Acceptable Use Policy

1. You must not

You must not use the Service, or upload, process or share any content that:

• is unlawful, or that you do not have the legal right to upload or process;
• infringes anyone's copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret or other intellectual-property or proprietary rights;
• depicts or promotes child sexual abuse or the exploitation or endangerment of children in any form;
• is defamatory, obscene, pornographic, paedophilic, invasive of another's privacy, insulting or harassing, or otherwise objectionable or harmful to a minor;
• contains someone else's personal or sensitive information without their consent or a lawful basis;
• contains malware, viruses or any code designed to disrupt, damage or gain unauthorised access to a system or data;
• threatens the unity, integrity, defence, security or sovereignty of India, public order, or friendly relations with foreign states, or promotes or incites any unlawful act; or
• impersonates another person or misrepresents your identity or affiliation.

2. You must not misuse the Service

• attempt to disrupt, overload, damage, probe or gain unauthorised access to the Service, its servers or its networks;
• circumvent, disable or interfere with security, authentication, rate limits or usage limits;
• use bots, scrapers or other automated means to access the Service beyond normal personal use, or to resell or redistribute it;
• reverse-engineer, copy or create derivative works from the Service, except as permitted by law; or
• use the Service in a way that imposes an unreasonable load on our infrastructure or is intended to use it as free computing power.

3. Downloader and conversion tools

Tools that fetch or convert media from a link (such as the YouTube tool) may be used only for content you own or have the rights or permission to use. Do not use them to infringe copyright or to breach the terms of the source platform. You are responsible for your use of these tools.

4. Consequences of breach

If you breach this policy, we may remove or disable access to content, limit, suspend or terminate your access to the Service, and, where appropriate, report the matter to law-enforcement or other authorities. We may act with or without prior notice depending on the seriousness of the breach.

5. Reporting misuse
