1. What we collect

  • Account information. When you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address and profile picture from your Google account. We use this to identify you and manage your access.
  • Files you upload. The files you submit to a tool are processed to produce your result. They are handled automatically and deleted shortly afterwards (see retention). We do not view your files except where strictly necessary to operate the tool, keep the Service secure, or comply with the law.
  • Technical and usage data. Like most websites, we collect limited technical information such as your IP address, browser and device type, and basic logs of requests. We use this to run the Service, keep it secure, and prevent abuse.
  • Cookies. We use an essential cookie to keep you signed in. With your consent we may use additional cookies to understand usage. See our Cookie Policy.
  • Payment information (future). If we introduce paid plans, payments will be handled by our payment processor. We do not collect or store your full card details on our own systems.

Withdrawing consent does not affect processing already carried out.

4. How long we keep it

  • Uploaded files: deleted automatically, normally within one hour of processing.
  • Account information: kept while your account is active, and deleted when you close it (unless we must retain some records to meet a legal obligation).
  • Technical logs: kept only for as long as needed for security and operational purposes, then deleted or anonymised.
