1. About the Service

The Blade God is a collection of online tools for working with files — for example merging, splitting, compressing and converting PDFs and images, and related media tasks. Some tools are open to everyone; others require you to sign in with a Google account. We may add, change or remove tools at any time.

2. Your account

Certain tools require you to sign in using Google. You are responsible for the activity that happens under your account and for keeping access to your Google account secure. You agree to give accurate information and to use a single account for yourself only. Access to some features may be granted at our discretion, and we may decline or withdraw access.

3. How you may use it

You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in line with our Acceptable Use Policy, which forms part of these Terms. In short, you must not break the law, infringe anyone's rights, upload harmful or illegal content, or attempt to disrupt, overload, probe or reverse-engineer the Service. We may set limits (such as file size, number of pages, or usage rate) and may change these limits at any time.

4. Your files and content

You keep all ownership of the files you upload. We do not claim any rights in your content. You grant us only the limited permission needed to receive, process and return your files so the tool can do its job.

Files are processed automatically and are deleted shortly after processing — normally within one hour. Because of this, the Service is not storage or a backup: always keep your own copy of anything important. You are solely responsible for having the legal right to upload and process every file you submit.

5. Downloader and conversion tools

Some tools can fetch or convert media from a link you provide (for example the YouTube tool). You may use these tools only for content that you own or that you have the necessary rights or permission to download and process. You are responsible for complying with the terms and the rights of the source platform and of any rights-holder. Do not use these tools to infringe copyright or to breach a third party's terms of service.

6. Our intellectual property

The Service itself — including its name, logo, design, text, and software — is owned by Beastchemist or its licensors and is protected by law. These Terms do not give you any right to use our branding, or to copy, resell or create derivative works from the Service, except as expressly allowed.

7. Third-party services

The Service relies on third parties — for example Google for sign-in, and our hosting and security providers. Your use of those features may also be subject to the third party's own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services we do not control.

8. Fees and paid plans

The Service is currently offered free of charge. We may introduce paid plans or features in future. If we do, the applicable prices, billing terms and refund terms will be presented to you before you pay, and will form part of these Terms for those features.

9. Availability and changes

We work to keep the Service running but we do not promise it will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free. We may modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the Service, temporarily or permanently, with or without notice.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the results of any tool will meet your requirements or be accurate or reliable. You use the Service, and rely on any output, at your own risk. Because files are deleted automatically, we are not responsible for any file that is lost or not retained.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Beastchemist and the people who work on the Service will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss, or for any loss of data, files, profits or goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of (or inability to use) the Service. Nothing in these Terms excludes any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Beastchemist from any claims, damages, losses and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Service, your content, or your breach of these Terms or of any law or third-party right.

13. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if you breach these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, if required by law, or to protect the Service or its users. You may stop using the Service at any time.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the “Effective date” above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Service after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

15. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to any right you have to approach a consumer forum, the courts at Bangalore, Karnataka shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service.

16. Grievance redressal and contact

In line with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the rules made under it, the details of our Grievance Officer are:

Guransh Kaur, Grievance Officer
