1. A note on how the Service works

Files uploaded to our tools are processed automatically and deleted shortly afterwards — we do not host a public library of user files. If your concern is about a specific file or account, please give us enough detail to identify it.

2. How to report infringement

If you are the owner of a copyright (or authorised to act for the owner) and believe your work has been used on the Service without permission, send a written notice to our Grievance Officer that includes:

  1. your name, address and contact details;
  2. a description of the copyrighted work you say has been infringed;
  3. enough detail to locate the material on the Service (for example the exact link, account or a description of where it appeared);
  4. a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised by the owner, its agent or the law;
  5. a statement that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the owner or are authorised to act on the owner's behalf; and
  6. your physical or electronic signature.

3. Where to send it

4. What we do

We will acknowledge your notice within 24 hours. If the notice is valid, we will act to remove or disable access to the material within the timelines required by law, and aim to resolve the complaint within 15 days. We may ask you for more information, and we may notify the affected user of the action taken.

5. Counter-notice

If you are a user whose content was removed and you believe this was a mistake or that you have the right to use the content, you may send a counter-notice to the Grievance Officer explaining why, together with your contact details. We will consider it in good faith.

6. Repeat infringers

We may suspend or terminate the accounts of users who repeatedly infringe the intellectual-property rights of others.

7. Please report accurately

Submitting a knowingly false or bad-faith complaint may have legal consequences. If you are unsure whether something infringes your rights, consider seeking legal advice before sending a notice.
